Job Description:

As Complaint Handling support employee:•Handling returns:•Unpack, sort shipments returned by the customer•Keep track of shipments and communicate about deviations•Make assessments on product quality and perform policy check•Connect with other stakeholders, like CS, inventory control, backline etc. •Knowledge of ERP-systems like Oracle

Critical Skills/technical know-how: (what the role holder must be able to do)

Fluency in English, both spoken and written.Microsoft Office/basic ERP (SAP, Orcale) skills.

Critical Experience:

Experience in a quality or returns department in Medical Devices and/or other regulated industry.

Experience in assessing product quality and/or Medical Device Reporting is a pre.
