Your Role
We're looking for an experienced Complaints Analyst to join our Complaints & Customer Resolutions (CCR) team in North Sydney.  You will assist in the investigation and resolution of internal and external customer complaints regarding retail and wholesale policies for Australia and New Zealand and assist with the reporting of incidents and breaches to ensure compliance in accordance with regulatory, industry, legal and company standards and requirement. You will have experience providing specialist complaints advice and be an effective communicator when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.

 

What we're looking for:

Tertiary qualification in law, commerce, accounting, business or similar is desired Knowledge of Financial Services regulatory compliance Demonstrated complaints resolution/ claims handling experience in the financial service industry, preferably within general insurance or external legal Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems- solution focussed with a resolution mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills to understand information and communicate the issues and approach in a clear and concise manner, as well as manage customer and stakeholder expectations Highly organised and great time management skills
