Greenville, SC This position is in Greenville, SC Discover Greenville\. **Basic Qualifications:** 5 years of experience in Aviation Production, Maintenance, Modification, Repair or Overhaul \(MMRO\) Operations\. Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues\. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints\. Experience interacting with internal/external customers\. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint\. **Desired Skills:** Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college Experience with multi\-tasking, organizing and prioritizing assignments\. Conceptual knowledge of Focused Leader Engagement Management Systems \(FLEMOS\) Previously awarded an Air Force, Marine, or Navy 7 level discipline skill level rating or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated credential such as an licensed FAA “Airframe and Power" plant or Inspector Airframe license\. Recent fighter aircraft experience Ability to obtain a security clearance Earned Value Management System \(EVMS\) experience\. SAP experience is a plus\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
