The F-16 Production Sub Assembly Completion Supervisor in Greenville, SC, plays a pivotal role in overseeing the technical proficiency and adherence to production standards of a skilled workforce. Key Responsibilities
- Supervises Production Develop Process for F-16V Block 70 to include various structural sub-assembly components and forward fuselage cockpit structure.
- Ensures the Safety, Quality, Cost and Schedule performance for assigned production area.
- Accomplishes results through lower-level subordinate production leads and employees.
- Identifies and implements continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cost and schedule performance.
- Recognizes and rewards exceptional team member performance and effectively addresses poor performance issues.
- Creates a culture that ensures accountability and trust while ensuring compliance with Company Policies Procedures.

• Must be a United States citizen.
Basic Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in Production or Maintenance, Modification, Repair and Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.
Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
Experience interacting with internal/external customers.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments.
Previously awarded an Air Force, Marine, or Navy 7 level discipline skill level rating or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated credential such as an licensed FAA “Airframe and Power" plant or Inspector Airframe license.
Recent fighter aircraft experience
Ability to obtain a security clearance as required.
Ability to create and utilize metrics related to performance.
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
SAP experience is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all executive operations metrics.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing or processes.
