WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Test Engineering Support:
• Lead and supervise teams of represented mechanics and technicians in the completion of aircraft builds, systems testing, and operational check flights.
• Manage and adjust work assignments to meet both tactical and strategic goals.
• Ensure tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and in adherence to established procedures and work plans.
• Set priorities, review work for quality and efficiency, and coordinate troubleshooting efforts with Manufacturing Test Engineers (MTE) on avionics issues.
• Oversee and enforce policies and procedures affecting individual employees, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Administer processes and drive team performance to achieve high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.

• A results-driven leader with experience in aircraft manufacturing or maintenance.
• Skilled at managing and motivating teams, holding yourself and others accountable to high standards.
• Adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues related to avionics and operational systems.
• An effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills who excels at fostering collaboration across functions.
• Comfortable navigating Lockheed Martin's organizational environment, including production engineering, manufacturing engineering, production control, and industrial engineering teams.
This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience leading teams in Aircraft Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Production Operations.
• Fighter aircraft experience, specifically with the F-35.
• Familiarity with flight line maintenance and safety processes.
Desired Skills:
• F-35 Experience
• Knowledge of Lockheed Martin manufacturing systems, including JTD/DOMMS/ALIS, QADs, PDM, VAS, and SFM.
• Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin's organizational processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and foster team development.
• Experience with managing represented employees in a union environment.
• Proven ability to execute policies and procedures effectively, ensuring high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
