PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Completions Turnover Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the safe and reliable transition of facilities from construction to operation. This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing pre-commissioning activities, ensuring systems and equipment function as intended before handover. The role involves providing technical guidance to operations teams, facilitating knowledge transfer, and supporting clients in achieving operational readiness. Through collaboration and adherence to industry standards, this role directly contributes to Worley’s commitment to delivering sustainable change.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning, and testing activities to ensure compliance with operational requirements and safety standards. Provide technical guidance to engineers, technicians, and client personnel, ensuring a seamless transition from construction to operation. Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement commissioning strategies aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve operational challenges by recommending solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. Ensure commissioning activities align with Worley’s sustainability objectives and support clients in achieving their operational goals. Maintain comprehensive documentation of commissioning processes, including test procedures, reports, and findings, to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Support learning initiatives by conducting client training sessions and mentoring junior team members. Engage with clients and stakeholders to align commissioning objectives with overall project goals, fostering customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.#LI-JS4
*QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSET
Experience with Omega Pims Database is required.
A university degree in a relevant engineering discipline or an equivalent trade qualification combined with relevant training and experience. Strong understanding of commissioning processes, systems, and tools, with the ability to apply best practices in field operations. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving, with a focus on delivering safe and efficient commissioning solutions. Experience in planning and executing commissioning activities within the energy, chemicals, or resources industries. Ability to make independent technical decisions for smaller projects and studies, considering financial, social, and environmental factors. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders through presentations, reports, and discussions. Experience working in a team-oriented environment, collaborating across functions to achieve project objectives. Commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence in alignment with Worley’s mission of delivering a more sustainable world.
