PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Completions Turnover Coordinator plays a critical role in the successful delivery of projects by ensuring the systematic and accurate turnover of systems during the execution phase. This position supports Worley’s commitment to delivering sustainable solutions by managing the documentation and processes essential for project completion. The role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including engineering, construction, and operations teams, to ensure that all required documentation and testing are in place for a seamless transition from construction to operation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Documentation Management\: Oversee the collection and verification of all necessary documentation relevant to the Commissioning phase, including O&M manuals, training materials, engineering databases, spares lists, and more.
Systems Coordination\: Work closely with engineering and commissioning teams to ensure that systems are properly structured with tag items and associated check sheets, facilitating smooth handover processes.
Issue Resolution\: Provide guidance and clarification on all turnover, handover, and punch list issues, ensuring that all items are addressed and resolved promptly.
Status Reporting\: Regularly update project stakeholders on the status of completions and turnover activities, maintaining transparency and alignment with project goals.
Data Management\: Ensure that all completed tag item check sheets are accurately scanned and uploaded into the database, maintaining an up-to-date record of project progress.
Punch List Management\: Track and manage the completion of punch list items, ensuring that all final walk-down issues are documented and addressed.
System Development\: Assist in the development and deployment of Project Completions Management systems, including the training of relevant personnel to ensure effective system use.
Master Data Warehouse Maintenance\: Establish and maintain the “master data warehouse” for Systems Completion, ensuring that all data is correctly structured and controlled.
Liaison with Document Control\: Collaborate with the Document Control team to ensure the correct and controlled flow of the latest documentation throughout the Systems Completions Group.
Field Documentation Oversight\: Manage all field-generated documentation and ensure the proper tracking and disposition of required turnover documents, including the preparation of turnover/handover dossiers.

*Educational Background\: A Bachelor’s degree in an applicable Engineering field or equivalent experience is required.
Experience\: Professional experience in a Completions Lead or Turnover role, with a focus on complex installations and project delivery.
Software Proficiency\: Extensive experience with Completions databases, particularly Hexagon Smart Completions, is essential.
Leadership and Communication\: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong communication skills, enabling effective supervision and resolution of day-to-day execution issues.
Analytical Thinking\: Ability to break down complex tasks into manageable steps, ensuring thorough and logical problem-solving.
Procedural Expertise\: In-depth knowledge of procedures and workflows in project execution, with a focus on completion practices.
Systems Knowledge\: Functional understanding of all project discipline systems, design processes, and reporting mechanisms.
Project Success Track Record\: A proven history of successfully completing projects on time and within scope, demonstrating a commitment to quality and excellence in project delivery.
