Beacon Hill Legal is assisting an Am Law firm in Minneapolis with growing their Commercial Litigation team.

Their ideal candidate has 2-5+ years of complex commercial litigation experience and can expect a salary of low-to-mid twos DOE. Litigation experience with M&A, trade secrets, noncompetes, and/or IP is a plus. Strong candidates will have experience with depositions, hearings, and oral arguments.
