This position will float between these two locations, so ability travel to and from is required.Frequent travel to each of these locations is required, so this individual must be close to one of these locations.
The base pay range for this role is between $90,000 and $115,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience. Hotel experience required.

The Complex Director of Human Resources will be based out of and have primary responsibilities for the ___, but will also oversee the HR function at six (6) area select service hotels. This is a great opportunity for a current Area DHR or someone who is a Director of Human Resources for one property and excited to move into multi-hotel HR management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Strong focus and adherence to Human Resource key success measures i.e. Employee Satisfaction, Employee Retention and Compliance – your ability to influence these upon starting is a foundation for successStaff Optimization – develop a plan for all new hires so they understand their mission and have the tools to offer unparalleled service, satisfaction, and success within their first 90 daysDevelop and execute a plan to drive the brand and Crestline culture – we value each other, our guests, our business partners and our environmentDevelop a strong working partnership with local Crestline hotels as well as Corporate HR –we all work together towards a shared goal!
Education and Experience:
Solid 5-6 years of related industry experience -- you have been on-property and understand the in's and out's of the hotel business Computer skills required – must be knowledgeable in usage of all Microsoft office productsStrong written communication skillsADP Enterprise skills preferred
