Complex HR Manager
Olsten Staffing is assisting one of our clients located in Georgetown, DE in their search for the next leader within their Human Resources Department. The Complex HR Manager is responsible for the HR Functions at both the plant facility and live production operations. This role is also responsible for staffing, safety, associate retentions and employment data process functions in order to provide the service required by the customer and ensuring that the processes used comply with company policy and procedure, and meets all compliance requirements (AAP, EEOC, DHS, DOL, OSHA, etc.) **Key Responsibilities:** •Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. •Ensure company adherence to **EEOC, DOL, DHS, OSHA** , and **Affirmative Action Plan (AAP)** requirements. •Develop and implement HR policies that align with legal standards and company goals. •Conduct audits and training to maintain workplace safety and regulatory compliance. •Partner with plant leadership to drive engagement, retention, and workforce development initiatives. •Investigate employee concerns, mediate disputes, and provide strategic HR guidance. Manage labor relations, benefits administration, and workforce planning to optimize operations. **What We're Looking For:** Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). **5+ years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.** Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws ( **EEOC, DOL, DHS, OSHA, AAP** ). Experience in safety compliance, training, and workforce management. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
