The Marketing Manager is responsible for internal and external design for all digital and print projects. Engages with Marketing/eCommerce team, corporate, regional and hotel stakeholders to capture business requirements. Be the on property expert of all Brand and Marketing strategies.

Responsibilities Create and direct brand development, including hotel websiteManaging of hotel messaging/brand positioningCreate and direct brand voice guidelinesDirect PR Agency, Digital Marketing Agency and Advertising AgencyDevelop partner relationships and manage donation requestIdentify, negotiate agreement and cultivate relationshipsIdentify and vet new ideas and guest experiences, and work with operations team for rolloutDirect and manage community relations strategyCommunity partnerships and Board relationshipsDevelop and implement annual strategic marketing plan, including paid sponsored boosting on Social channelsResearch, identify and capitalize on new market opportunitiesDirect media planning and buying in conjunction with ad agencyCreate internal communication presentations for stakeholdersWork with corporate affiliates on cross-promotional initiativesProvide marketing expertise to the executive management teamDevelop and manage the marketing budget/forecast/contracts/financialsDatabase managementOversee internet marketing strategies; and web site development and performanceManage creative campaign development and productionOperational support and collateral managementManage execution of projectsPerforms any other job related duties as assigned.

Annual Salary Range: $60-70K 

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.A minimum 3 years’ of experience in digital graphic design, online content and project management.Ability to leverage Brand and HEI processes and systems to support compliance, identify trends and support execution of corporate and property strategies.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Strong analytical skills, ability to identify relevant data and leverage to positively impact hotel revenues. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc. Benefits
