We’re seeking a passionate, proactive, and detail-savvy candidate to serve as the marketing subject matter expert, working with financial professionals to drive implementation and adoption of marketing programs, tools, and resources. As the marketing subject matter expert, you will also be responsible for leading and managing all marketing activities as it pertains to Complex level initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Partners with Enterprise Marketing team to create, collaborate and consult on marketing strategies designed to help advisors with client acquisition and retentionWorks in partnership with Enterprise Marketing and Complex management team to develop a marketing plan that aligns Enterprise and Complex-led marketing programs to strategically support financial professionals for client retention and acquisition. Responsible for creation and execution of Complex marketing communications plan that promotes marketing tools, resources and content to advisorsThrough a tiered support model, collaborate with advisors on the creation of their marketing plansServe as key contact for defining the value and strategic use of marketing tools and resourcesCoordinates all Complex-level marketing events including tracking and follow upAligns with company branding and marketing initiatives and coordinates local opportunities.Serve as key contact for materials and resources and able to triage requests to appropriate SMEThe base salary range for this position is $74,000-100,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
