The Role As a Complex National Account Manager, you will be the strategic sales leader for these two dynamic properties, responsible for: Identifying New Business Opportunities: Proactively targeting key vertical markets and building a strong pipeline of potential clients. Building Key Relationships: Developing meaningful connections with decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships. Securing New Business: Negotiating and closing high-value contracts that drive revenue and position the hotels for success. Strategic Sales Planning: Aligning efforts with Pyramid Global Hospitality’s vision and leveraging Marriott tools and systems to exceed goals. Who You Are A hotel sales expert with strong Marriott brand experience with a proven track record of identifying, securing, and growing business in key vertical markets. Qualifications 5–7 years of progressive experience in hotel sales, with a focus on managing national or global accounts. Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in Marriott Sales Systems and tools, such as CI/TY or MI Leads. Demonstrated experience in the Chicago market or similar major metropolitan areas preferred. Experience working with corporate, association, and group accounts, particularly those requiring high-volume, multi-property coordination. Experience managing complex account portfolios, including multi-property coordination for Marriott-branded hotels. Familiarity with Marriott’s Global Sales Organization (GSO) and its processes. Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers across industries like tech, pharma, finance, and associations. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $95,000.00/Yr. - $105,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
