Location: Remote Duration: 12 months We are seeking a Complex Project Manager – Hybrid Multicloud Platforms to lead Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and customization development initiatives within a hybrid multicloud environment. This role requires a seasoned project manager with expertise in cloud computing, MES solutions, and enterprise IT infrastructure, driving digital transformation and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between MES/customization developers, cloud architects, and enterprise clients. Lead and manage end-to-end MES projects, ensuring seamless integration within hybrid cloud environments across on-prem and public cloud platforms. Oversee hybrid multicloud strategies, aligning MES applications with AI-driven automation, security, and data governance frameworks. Develop and execute project roadmaps for MES modernization, cloud migration, and system optimization. Ensure compliance with cloud security, regulatory, and governance standards. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to enhance cloud-based MES efficiency. Implement best practices in cloud architecture, automation, and data integration to streamline manufacturing processes. Drive AI-powered MES solutions, leveraging predictive analytics and automation. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring high availability and performance of MES applications in hybrid environments. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to developers and cross-functional teams. Required Skills & Experience: Project Management Expertise: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred. Cloud & Multicloud Experience: Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or hybrid cloud environments. MES Expertise: Strong background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) development and customization. Enterprise Infrastructure & DevOps: Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and automation in cloud or hybrid environments. Security & Compliance: Understanding of cloud security best practices, governance, and regulatory standards. AI & Data Integration: Knowledge of AI Ops, IoT, and real-time data analytics for MES solutions. Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead development teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver high-impact projects. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in automation, AI-driven manufacturing solutions, and cloud-based MES. Familiarity with OpenShift, Cloud Pak for Automation, and hybrid cloud integration tools. Background in data integration, IoT, and real-time analytics for MES transformation. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
