Overview Job Summary: A Recruiter at Black Desert Resort and Red Mountain Resort s responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting talent to interviewing and onboarding new employees. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and plays a key role in ensuring that the resort hires the best talent across all departments. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with department heads to meet staffing needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience while also supporting the broader HR team in maintaining a positive workplace culture. Job Specification: Location: Onsite at Black Desert Resort / Red Mountain Resort Shift & Schedule: Year-Round / Full Time Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors. Job Responsibilities but not limited to: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and build strong pipelines for key roles. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct initial interviews and assessments, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate flow and report recruitment metrics. Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have completed all necessary paperwork and are set up for success. Support employer branding initiatives by attending job fairs, networking events, and promoting the resort as an employer of choice. Coordinate with HR and department managers to forecast future staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies. Ensure compliance with employment laws and resort policies throughout the hiring process. Assist in the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. Build and maintain relationships with local schools, colleges, and recruitment agencies. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in recruiting, preferably in hospitality or a related industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with ATS and HRIS systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. A positive attitude, proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $60,000.00/Yr. - $70,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
