The Role In this complex sales role, you’ll manage segments of group accounts for two iconic properties undergoing exciting transformations: W Chicago City Center, where the energy of the Loop inspires bold possibilities. W Chicago Lakeshore, a lakeside retreat with a vibrant, urban edge. Your mission: Build relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver exceptional results as these properties prepare to debut reimagined brands in 2025. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Leverage Marriott’s tools and systems (CI/TY experience preferred) to maximize performance. Craft creative sales strategies to align with the hotels’ current and future identities. Collaborate with a supportive, innovative team focused on delivering measurable results. Who You Are A Marriott sales pro with experience managing accounts and familiarity with Marriott tools and systems. A relationship-builder with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. Qualifications Typically 3-5 years in sales, preferably within hospitality or a related industry. A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred. Strong negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills; proficiency in CRM software and hotel booking systems. Understanding of hospitality industry standards, sales cycles, and seasonal trends. Willingness to travel, work extended hours, and participate in events or trade shows as required. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $70,000.00/Yr. - $95,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
