Together, the department collaborates to address the evolving needs of the organization ranging from technical controls, government contracts, to compliance requirements. **An average day:** As Compliance Administrator II, you will support the compliance team by performing various administrative tasks, such as managing the documentation and resources the team uses for developing, implementing, improving, and evaluating policies. In this position you will: + Perform intermediate administrative functions for the Security and Compliance department relating to onboarding and management of personnel, and other administrative duties as assigned. + Assist with the management of Epsilon’s corporate compliance efforts.Prepare reports and work papers for management, and coordinate with different departments to evaluate all queries and resolutions. + Schedule and participate with management in conducting and evaluating audits and inspections. Maintain updates to manuals, provide document control, file requirements, and manage obsolete information. Track required data and graphs and trends related to objectives and targets. + Perform security tasks such as tracking of keys, managing access control systems, issuing badges, conducting fingerprints, ensuring completion of forms, and coordinating return of equipment, as necessary. + Research and maintain knowledge of compliance regulatory practices and requirements and assist in implementing compliance programs and compliance reviews. + Promote policy initiatives developed by security, human resources, and other departments and assist in monitoring risks of compliance procedures and resolving possible issues and defects. + Participate in and maintain records of compliance meetings. + Coordinate and present new hire and annual security training to employees and answer questions on compliance policies and procedures. + Assist with the management of security-related projects and efforts, the creation and review of draft documents and contracts, tracking security vulnerability remediation, and asset management tasks. + Manage facility and office supply ordering, and vendors or other miscellaneous tasks relating to security and facilities. + Utilize a compliance management platform to track tasks and items related to ongoing compliance and use an electronic signature platform to collect and review forms. **Basic Qualifications:** + Associate or bachelor’s degree in business management or an information security discipline with at least one (1) year of experience, high school diploma with at least (3) years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Basic to intermediate knowledge of related IT security compliance concepts and the ability to obtain knowledge of any of the following certifications/compliance matrices: ISO 27001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 9001, CMMI, ISACA ITAF, FISMA, FEDRAMP, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, or another relevant standard. + Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to effectively prioritize to meet multiple deadlines. + Excellent problem-solving/judgment skills. + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion. + Strong team player with a high level of professionalism in dealing with government agents, management, and staff. + Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity. + Experience in risk management and change management processes is preferred. **Other Requirements:** + Ability to attain and retain an active Public Trust or DoD Security Clearance. + Occasional overtime is required. + Occasional travel to the Epsilon headquarters in NC and SC, or other local, regional, and overnight national travel required for training, conferences, and onsite meetings. **Connect directly with your dedicated recruiter, Jon, on Epsilon’s careers page.** **www.epsilon-inc.com/careers** Epsilon is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
