This position is responsible for supporting the compliance program by responding to compliance help desk tickets and assisting with the ongoing administration of the compliance program.

 

Essential Job Functions:

Confidentiality: Maintains confidentiality.Communication: Liaises with other departments to obtain necessary information needed to complete Legal and Compliance auditing projects.Organization: Ensures accuracy and organization of all materials under Legal and ComplianceEquipment: Uses such office equipment as telephone, computer terminals, copiers, and FAX machines.Physical:  Sits and stands for extended time periods.  Hearing and vision within normal ranges.       

 

Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact on the compliance help desk with primary working hours from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern TimeSupport compliance monitors, audits and examinations, as requested.Follow existing compliance materials and job aidsEscalate matters of non-compliance and/or recommendations for improvement to management.Perform other related duties as assigned and required. Qualifications Able to manage and respond to incidents in the Freshworks/similar ticketing systemPreferred experience with Encompass LOS and MaventExcellent written communication skillsAbility to familiarize users with PRMG operational and compliance practicesSelf-motivated and dependableExcellent problem solving skills, persistence and follow-upMaintain high level of confidentialityKnowledge of NMLS and analysis of loan officer and branch licensing informationWorking knowledge of the residential mortgage banking “alphabet soup” of laws and regulations including but not limited to TILA, TRID, QM/non-QM, RESPA, ECOA, high cost requirements, state disclosure requirements and ECOA.

Skills:

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and AdobeSuperior organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.2-5 years of residential mortgage experience.
