Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their team. As a Compliance Analyst, you will be part of the Compliance Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Title:** Compliance Analyst
**Location:** New York, NY
**Pay Range:** $50,000 - $65,000 per year
Location: NYC Midtown East (5x on site)
**What's the Job?**
+ Organize, execute, process, and report assigned roles to facilitate client compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Sanctions
+ Conduct Customer Due Diligence (COD) and/or Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on clients in accordance with the client procedures
+ Perform periodic and event-driven reviews on clients in all risk classes in accordance with the client procedures
+ Monitor and conduct investigations on alerts generated by, and cases created in, client's Transaction Monitoring System (TMS)
+ Provide general support to the U.S. Compliance Officer and the Deputy Compliance Officer
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field
+ 1-3 years of experience in compliance, AML, or related field
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
