Responsibilities

As a Compliance Analyst, you will maintain, monitor and report data from the Company's Safety systems

Monitor Safety systems for critical and time sensitive informationManage the flow of confidential information with discretionReport data in an efficient and timely mannerMaintain current and accurate information Report and assist in resolution of system issues in an efficient and timely mannerUnderstand and stay current with DOT HOS regulations Manage document retention in compliance with DOT regulationsContinuously improve processes Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft office with focus in ExcelKnowledge of DOT HOS regulations helpful but not required Strong verbal and written communication skillsDetail oriented; strong organizational and project management skillsTrack record of consistently producing accurate and high-quality workAbility to effectively manage competing priorities with compressed timelines in a fast-paced environmentCross-functional team player with ability to develop and maintain positive working relationshipsSelf-motivated, self-starting critical thinkerConducts all work in an ethical, honest, professional and confidential mannerAbility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities Benefits Stable and growing organizationCompetitive weekly payProfessional, positive and people-centered work environmentFast-paced work environmentComprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, etc.Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days401(k) plan, Company Match
