DescriptionEmory Healthcare, Office of Compliance seeks a Compliance Analyst to assist with systemwide compliance initiatives such as the conflict of interest program, reporting, trends analysis, as well as policy and procedure management. This individual will:
Support day-to-day operations of the Compliance Program. Work to ensure timely resolution of compliance issues and facilitates communication of compliance-related matters. Assist in the formulation, review, and revision of compliance policies and procedures, as directed. Assist with enterprise compliance risk assessment coordination. Assist with the investigation of compliance matters reported via the Emory Trust Line and the EHC Compliance Office. Assists with maintaining regular and consistent governance-level reporting and metrics for the EHC Compliance Office, including but not limited to dashboards, board reporting, weekly, monthly, and annual compliance & ethics reporting. Work with Senior Compliance and Privacy Office leadership as well as other key clinical and operational leaders on compliance investigations, issues, and matters. Support the conflict of interest process.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree required.Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a healthcare organization.Masters (MA or MS) or Juris Doctorate (JD) degree may be considered in lieu of certifications and work experience. Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
Experience working as a healthcare compliance professional. Knowledge of state and federal healthcare compliance rules, regulations, & laws. Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal, information technology, and analytical skills.

Ability to work on a team and work independently, when needed. Ability to adjust to changing work demands and multi-task. Thorough attention to detail and strong, problem-solving skills.
