Description We are in need of a Compliance Analyst for our operations in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is integral to our team, focusing on auditing, compliance documentation, and the development of audit plans. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the banking compliance industry. Responsibilities: • Conducting comprehensive audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations • Developing and implementing audit plans for various projects • Managing compliance with the Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations • Responsible for banking compliance, ensuring all operations are performed within the legal and regulatory parameters • Preparing and maintaining compliance documentation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurate and up-to-date • Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall auditing process • Addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies identified during audits • Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry regulations and standards, ensuring our operations remain compliant • Assisting in the continuous improvement of internal audit processes • Providing support to the team by sharing expertise and knowledge on compliance matters. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role as a Compliance Analyst • Proven expertise in Auditing and creating effective Audit Plans • Proficient knowledge of AML (Anti Money Laundering) practices • Familiarity with BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and its application in the banking sector • Demonstrated experience in Banking Compliance • Ability to perform Compliance Audits with attention to detail • Experience in creating and maintaining Compliance Documentation Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
