Compliance Analyst
Description Our client, a trusted leader in the construction field, is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to ensure adherence to industry regulations, mitigate risk, and safeguard organizational integrity. This role provides an exciting opportunity to support a fast-paced business with compliance expertise. Responsibilities + Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws (e.g., OSHA, EPA, labor regulations). + Develop, review, and maintain compliance policies and procedures. + Conduct internal audits to monitor adherence to compliance standards. + Perform risk assessments and recommend corrective actions. + Oversee subcontractor and vendor compliance with licensing, insurance, and safety requirements. + Deliver compliance training and promote a culture of ethical standards. + Collaborate with legal, HR, and operations teams to align compliance efforts. + Maintain accurate records and prepare compliance reports for leadership. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Law, or related fields. + 3+ years in compliance, auditing, or regulatory roles; construction industry experience preferred. + In-depth familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and local labor laws. + Proficiency in compliance software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. + CCEP or similar certifications are highly desirable. + Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
