Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together. **Compliance Analyst, American Express Brazil.** This position is responsible for the execution of the second line transaction monitoring compliance process for American Express Global Network Services (GNS) Business in Brazil. American Express GNS Business delivers business growth through the licensing of card issuing and merchant acquiring to external financial institutions who are subject to the American Express GNS Business Operational Policies and applicable compliance risk management programs. Reporting to the Director of GNS Compliance, the Compliance Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining independent second line continuous monitoring of the GNS Partner and local Additional Participants of the Network in Brazil and execution of compliance program transaction monitoring related activities. **Responsibilities** + This role will be responsible for activities across the compliance program, including: + Conduct transaction monitoring (TM) reviews on Network Participants with focus on Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) trends + Produce metrics and reports to senior leaders + Review and maintain updated TM policies and procedures + Support the business and internal stakeholders on interactions with Network Participants related to TM **Skills and Experience** + Fluent spoken and written Portuguese and English + Ability to work with data analysis and produce TM business reports + Proven experience in TM process is preferred + Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, Anti-Corruption, Data Privacy and Payments Regulation + Experience working in regulated payments companies or banking in Brazil is a plus + Self-motivated, energetic team player with proven ability to drive results in changing and ambiguous situations in a complex matrixed organization + A detail-oriented profile with focus on data analysis is an advantage + Strong relationship and collaboration skills with the ability to influence a broad group of stakeholders across International, at all levels **Qualifications** We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
