Compliance Analyst I
The Compliance Analyst 1 (deposit Return Systems) is a corporate position responsible for managing the data associated with Deposit Return Systems (DRS) and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) in the U.S.
Essential Functions
+ Collect and analyze monthly data from recycling partners to identify trends and areas to investigate.
+ Coordinate with various internal teams to monitor redemption rates and reduce fraud.
+ Coordinate with internal teams and recycling partners to improve the recycling stream.
+ Maintain the deposit initiator list and update the applicable recycling companies and state registrations.
+ Interact with company department(s) and customers to ensure that all label changes are accurately incorporated in final artwork.
+ Communicate with Sales and customers regarding DRS and EPR, as needed.
+ Help with and conduct other compliance research as needed
+ Develop and maintain positive rapport and working relationship within and across departments.

Education

+ Associate's Degree in business or finance, or other related field
