This position is accountable for leading Prime’s company-wide corporate compliance and ethics program including Code of Conduct and compliance policies, required compliance training, communication and awareness, anonymous hotline reporting, compliance governance reporting, and other elements of an effective corporate compliance program. This role partners directly with Prime’s Chief Compliance Officer.
Responsibilities
Promotes awareness and communication of compliance and ethics initiatives; may partner with Corporate Communications on various communication activitiesEstablishes, refines, and maintains required compliance and ethics training for new hires and annual employee and contractor training including Board of Directors educationLeads initiatives to advance Prime’s ethics program, including overseeing the development and enhancement of Prime’s Code of ConductManages, administers and maintains Prime’s annual conflict of interest process including process improvements, data collection, review and follow upDevelops and implements a system for confidential reporting and investigation of compliance issues (including anonymous compliance reporting); works with cross-functional partners, as needed, for investigation and follow upOversees the Chief Compliance Officer’s reporting to the Corporate Compliance Committee and the Compliance and Audit Committee and supports the Chief Compliance Officer’s compliance governance responsibilitiesLeads and administers the company-wide governance of standard operating procedures and policiesOther duties as assignedEducation & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required8 years of progressive work experience in legal or compliance related roles for a healthcare or Pharmacy Benefit Management organization, or within a highly regulated industry, including experience with Medicare, Advantage and Medicare Part BMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
