The Compliance Analytics Project Coordinator builds, enhances, and maintains Compliance dashboards and reporting initiatives, providing accurate and timely snapshot of key activities relative to organization goals. By ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and clarity of the information presented, the Analytics Project Coordinator enables data-informed process optimization and strategic planning.

Within the first month:

You will be trained on the SailPoint products, the team’s current responsibilities, data sources, and internal processes.You will explore data sources for reporting initiatives and support with continuous iteration and improvement.  You will have demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in your contributions.

Within 3 months:

Within 5-9 weeks, you will support extracting and analyzing data for monthly and quarterly team/stakeholder presentations. You will have demonstrated familiarity with the reporting environment, business processes, and stakeholders.You will have been exposed to the current state efforts and deliverables and will increasingly assume ownership of reporting initiatives.

Within 1 year:

You have established yourself as the point-of-contact for Compliance’s reporting initiatives. Your process optimization efforts have allowed Compliance to provide actionable, timely and relevant guidance to the enterprise.

Description:

Extract, clean, process, and analyze data from various enterprise sources (Jira, Aha!, SmartSheet, Salesforce, etc.) to support tactical and strategic decision-making:

Identify and interpret trends, communicating findings to underscore recommendations to stakeholders and management. Ensure accuracy of all reported data by continually reviewing and analyzing current sources, processes, and systems functions. Detect, identify, and analyze trends and potential anomalies to support departmental decision making, refine processes, illustrate current performance, or maximize change management.

Support maturity and growth of reporting initiatives within each Compliance pillar (regulatory, corporate compliance, public sector compliance, and product compliance):   

Create and recommend tools supporting automation while maintaining reporting standards and data/reporting integrity. Develop and maintain reporting schedule and control documentation of reporting procedures. Collaborate with internal departments in support of process improvement and optimization based on findings.  Analyze and manage reporting requirements related to Compliance initiatives. Develop accurate reports reflecting to support with bandwidth planning, including task volume/patterns, service offerings, feedback, etc. Create and maintain departmental databases, spreadsheets, and other tracking mechanisms. Continually review and analyze data maintenance processes to enhance data integrity. 

Other duties and requirements may emerge based on business or operational requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in data analysis and reporting including experience in: Analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, Python, etc.)Collection, processing, and analysis of data from business intelligence tools.Fluency analyzing and interpreting data to effectively findings and viable recommendations.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in: Business, Data Management, Marketing, Statistics, or related field. PMP (including in progress) is a major bonusPrior experience supporting Compliance initiatives like performing or supporting audits, vendor risk assessments, managing certifications and frameworks, technical product compliance, etc.Prior experience working in software, Cloud computing, or in a technical product development environment

Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):

$63,420 - $90,600 - $117,780

Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
