Compliance - Anti-Corruption Employee Conduct - Senior Associate

Job Summary:

As a Compliance Associate within the Global Anti-Corruption Compliance team, you will partner effectively with various control functions and business lines. This position requires strong project management skills and a keen attention to detail. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in compliance or risk management to contribute to the enhancement of our anti-corruption program and employee conduct initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute preclearance requests supporting the anti-corruption program, focusing on Third Party Intermediaries, Referred Candidates, and Anything of Value workstreams. Offer general and advisory support related to referred candidates and third-party intermediaries compliance programs. Partner on the development and enhancement of technology owned by the program, driving innovation in risk-related controls. Manage a global inventory of outstanding requests, ensuring timely execution of reviews in accordance with service level agreements. Support ongoing reengineering efforts associated with the Referred Candidate program, focusing on role realignment and risk ownership. Facilitate the Anti-Corruption violation framework and serve as a key contact for policy violations concerning Referred Candidates and Third Party Intermediaries workstreams. Contribute to governance related to the Anti-Corruption program, including updating policy and procedure documentation. Lead interactions with Anti-Corruption Compliance staff and other personnel regarding Anti-Corruption issues. Aid in the development and presentation of materials to senior management. Draft and deliver Anti-Corruption training across the firm. Assist with internal and external audits, exams, and inquiries as required.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 3 or more years of experience in compliance, legal/regulatory, or risk positions;  Strong project management skills with demonstrated success in driving complex projects to completion. Keen attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address compliance issues effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment. Collaborative and energetic team player committed to a positive team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings persuasively.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience with anti-corruption compliance programs. Familiarity with global anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. Proficiency in using compliance-related technology and tools. A legal degree Anti-corruption experience is a plus.
