Compliance Audit Analyst
**Job Summary** (Full-Time, Remote) Responsible for coordinating, assembling and communicating all forms of audit support. Our team members enjoy a robust benefits package including health insurance, flexible scheduling, 401k and student loan repayment programs. **Required:** + Experience: High School Diploma + Education: 3 year’s experience in compliance functions and/or analytics required. + License/Registration/Certification: HCCA Certification in Healthcare (CHC) preferred + Computer Skills: Proficient in the use of Excel and Microsoft Office Products including also Google platforms. **Preferred:** + Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management + Experience: Experience in healthcare claims data, claims processing and/or project management is preferred. **Essentials Duties** 1. Coordinates, develops, reviews assesses and assembles audit tools and materials to align with an audit schedule. Assesses potential risk areas and conducts focused analysis of those risks. 2. Responsible for audit related documentation designed to document assessed risks, audit- related activities, responses taken to all findings, controls implemented and measures of effectiveness. 3. Supports audit-compliance function by providing supportive facts, following up on details and communicating, when necessary at both the facility and corporate levels. 4. **This is a remote position.** We know it’s not just about finding a job.
