Job DescriptionYour mission at IntegriChain:
The mission of this role is to provide exceptional support in meeting with internal teams to gather, organize, and provide evidence for SOC audit reporting. Document, gather, capture, and organize the evidence in preparation for each audit cycle. Interact with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the data samples are complete and meet the required standards.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the internal business practices as outlined by internal departments and SOC audit reports. Conducts and coordinates all internal processes and quality systems to ensure compliance with the guidelines, requirements, and regulations. Identifies compliance issues and deficiencies and participates in the implementation of corrective actions. Prepares audit reports based on the audit results. Provides documentation requirements and preparation guidance.

Act as a trusted member of the team to provide various assurance and consulting services to internal departmentsProactively engage with internal teams throughout the year to gather information needed to complete testing and respond to external auditor questionsTest for deficiencies of internal controls and discuss recommendations for improvementLearn and grow from direct on-the-job coaching and mentoring, along with participating in organization-wide learning and development programsUtilize communication skills to network and build strong relationships with internal teams and external auditorsActively participate in the execution of all auditing engagement activitiesCompleting ongoing internal compliance auditing to ensure compliance with policy and documentationBuilding high-functioning internal relationships with Human Resources, IT, and IT Security teamsOrganization and design of process/documentation storage and distributionMonitor and report on the effectiveness of the controls in place, evaluate and improve processes where necessary.Identify and escalate risks where necessaryWhat you'll need to thrive in this role:
