This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in compliance to contribute to maintaining the integrity of the firm's information barriers. **Job Responsibilities:** + Maintain and monitor the firm's Watch and Restricted lists to ensure compliance. + Review research publications to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory obligations. + Chaperone communications between Research and Investment Banking to ensure compliance with settlements. + Provide advice and guidance on permissible interactions and policy compliance. + Conduct training sessions on Control Room policies and procedures. **Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** + Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance or a related field. + Strong analytical skills with experience in collecting and synthesizing information. + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. + Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. **Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** + MBA or Bachelor's degree with a professional certification. + Experience with global research settlements. + Ability to establish credibility and strong partnerships with senior business leaders.
