**Job Summary:**
As a Control Room Senior Officer within the CCOR organization, you will partner effectively with Banking, Sales and Trading, and Asset Management teams. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in compliance to contribute to maintaining the integrity of the firm's information barriers.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Maintain and monitor the firm's Watch and Restricted lists to ensure compliance.
+ Review research publications to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory obligations.
+ Chaperone communications between Research and Investment Banking to ensure compliance with settlements.
+ Provide advice and guidance on permissible interactions and policy compliance.
+ Conduct training sessions on Control Room policies and procedures.
**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance or a related field.
+ Strong analytical skills with experience in collecting and synthesizing information.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**
+ MBA or Bachelor's degree with a professional certification.
+ Experience with global research settlements.
+ Ability to establish credibility and strong partnerships with senior business leaders.
