Manpower is seeking an experienced, reliable **Compliance Coordinator** for an industrial client in Huntington.The ideal candidate will have experience in the industrial sector, strong organizational skills, and the ability to track and manage various compliance-related documentation.
**Job Summary:**
The Compliance Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining and ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements. This position is responsible for organizing, assembling, and maintaining job books and compliance paperwork, as well as ensuring all related documentation is up to date and properly filed. The Compliance Coordinator will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations and will provide general administrative support.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Assembling Surveys and Job Books**
+ Read and review various reports related to job compliance.
+ Complete forms such as Chain of Custody, Manifest, and other necessary compliance documents.
+ Complete and manage job-related notifications and communications.
+ **Job Book Management**
+ Follow up with Supervisors to ensure job books are completed accurately and on time.
+ Break down job books and scan them into the digital system for easy retrieval and record-keeping.
+ **Filing and Documentation**
+ Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for compliance-related documentation.
+ Ensure all compliance paperwork is up to date and accessible, including licenses, physician’s written fit tests, and other required documentation.
+ **Compliance Tracking**
+ Keep track of all compliance materials and documentation related to jobs and workers.
+ Ensure that all job materials are well-maintained and readily available for review or audit.
+ **Job Board and Email Management**
+ Help maintain job boards with current job information and updates.
+ Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner, ensuring no important communications are overlooked.
+ **General Administrative Support**
+ Answer incoming calls and assist with general office-related tasks.
+ Keep file cabinets organized to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to important information.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in administration or compliance preferred.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software.
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
+ Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Previous experience in compliance or administrative roles preferred.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to lift and carry files, office supplies, and other materials as needed.
+ Regular use of office equipment including computers, printers, and scanners.
