The Compliance Coordinator ensures all self-excluded and excluded patrons are appropriated flagged in all systems to ensure Live! Casinos do not market to these patrons or allow these patrons to play on premises or online in accordance with their status. Monitors reports daily, records proper status and creates flags in Oasis and other systems. Works with Database Management for data hygiene as appropriate. Assists Play Live! with other compliance duties as assigned.  In addition, this position is responsible for promoting positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

Abide by the Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy, related internal controls and standard operating procedures to comply with applicable state and federal regulatory requirements.Record proper exclusion status and create flags in Oasis and other systems. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of all excluded patron records in the database by manually checking reports daily and monitoring for and merging duplicate accounts.Coordinate with and assist PlayLive! online casino compliance on other tasks, such as assisting in investigating and collecting repayment of stop payments/false chargeback claims and conducting Know Your Customer (KYC)/Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews.Maintain all required files, registrations and documentation, in accordance with state and federal law/regulations.Address potential non-compliance issues promptly and appropriately.Compose written or verbal communication to Partners, Senior Management, Audit Committee, Compliance Committee and others, as required.Other duties as assigned. 

 

 

 

Skills to Help You Succeed:

Strong understanding and comprehension of all relevant regulations around self-excluded patrons.Office skills, ability to use standard office equipment and computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Access. Ability to promptly respond to common inquiries, complaints, or requests from various internal and external parties in a professional manner.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with stress.Ability to read and interpret documents such as internal controls and manuals.Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines, possess integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.The team member must be able to operate a personal computer. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Qualifications

Must-Haves:

High school diploma or equivalency required.Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or four year university, preferred.Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license where required by gaming regulators in all current and future jurisdictions in which Live! operates, including but not limited to Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Louisiana.

 

Physical Requirements:

The team member is regularly required to sit, stand and walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. The team member may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds with assistance.While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear.The team member is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms.  What We Offer
