Director, Global Compliance Operations (NL & European Hub) - Amsterdam, NL

As a key member of the EUCAN Corporate Compliance Operations team, this role will support Business operations and perform various compliance-related activities for Regeneron in the Netherlands & across its European Hub. This includes Nordic countries, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, and the BeLux markets.

A typical day may include:

Leading Compliance Initiatives: Implement and manage Regeneron's compliance program and policies within the assigned region, coordinating with headquarters and other countries.

Developing Policy, building compliance policies, work processes, and guidelines to ensure robust health, corporate, and operational controls across assigned countries & markets.

Training excellence, crafting and delivering comprehensive compliance training programs for employees and third parties, ensuring a deep understanding of relevant laws and industry codes.

Being involved in strategic oversight, offering timely advice and oversight on new and existing initiatives, including HCP and HCO interactions, aligned with Regeneron’s policies.

Analysing trend & staying ahead of emerging industry trends to proactively handle and mitigate compliance risks.

Partnering with the Compliance Monitoring team to conduct internal reviews, risk assessments, and audits.

To be considered for this role, a deep expertise & a proven understanding in pharmaceutical operations, laws, and compliance for branded products, with a strong grasp of Europe's self-regulation framework, including key industry codes and the National Council of the Order of Physicians is required.

With a detailed understanding of health compliance laws and regulations in Europe and beyond, you are a passionate Health Compliance Expert with at least 7+ years in health compliance roles within the pharmaceutical industry.

Collaborative Leader with a high degree of teamwork, with the ability to get along with cross-functional teams and work independently. Creative Problem-Solver, you are comfortable making strong decision, inspire change and design creative solution design skills to support the development of strategies and implementing solutions swiftly. Proficiency in English is required, Dutch is highly desirable, and any other European language is a plus.
