**About The Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Global Policy Management to join our team. This leadership role will be crucial in developing, implementing, maintaining and managing policies that align with corporate regulatory compliance, international law, and global program management.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Oversee and supervise the management and maintenance of Global Policies and US Policies on policy management system
+ Collaborate with the leaders of Corporate Functions and C-suite executives to ensure policies align with corporate strategy and objectives
+ Lead the quarterly Policy Oversight Group meetings for approval of new global policies
+ Work with various Corporate Functions leaders (Finance, Legal, People, Communications, Digital & Technology) to ensure proper governance procedures are followed to regularly review, update, and maintain existing policies
+ Facilitate the drafting and review of new Global and US Policies, as well as any material revisions, ensuring consistency and alignment of language, definitions, and format of corporate policies
+ Ensure appropriate communications plans are set up and followed and any necessary training is implemented regarding policy changes, to ensure awareness and compliance across the organization
+ Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of global policy management projects and initiatives to further mature and develop the global policy management program
+ Work with country-by-country Compliance Officers and leadership teams on migrating other countries’ policies to central global policy management system

+ Bachelor's Degree required with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Juris Doctor (J.D.) preferred.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate compliance, corporate governance, and corporate policy drafting.
+ Strong legal writing skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
+ Experience in corporate compliance systems implementation and management
+ Proven experience working with C-suite executives.
+ Strong project management and program management skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments' results within a function.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $125,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $145,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
