Develop GxP and EHS training plan and deliver trainings to new hires and team members.
为部门新员工及团队成员制订GxP和EHS相关培训计划并实施相关培训。Manage all department GxP and EHS related documents to be kept in place and compliant with requirements of document control procedures.
管理部门所有GxP和EHS相关文件妥善存放并符合文件控制程序要求。

Supervise and support the team to follow change control process and ensure all engineering activities including contracted vendor’s work to be fully compliant with   EHS and GMP policies & requirements.
监督并支持团队始终遵循变更控制流程，确保所有的操作及承包商作业完全符合EHS和GMP程序要求。

Provide support on project execution acted as QA role for quality impact assessment and risk management.
作为QA职能为项目实施提供质量影响评估及风险管理。

Lead and follow up preparation and corrective activities for internal and external GMP and EHS audit.
领导并跟踪内部和外部EHS和GMP审计的准备及整改工作。

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

College degree or above is required. Good command of both spoken and written English.
大学或大学以上学历，良好的英文说写能力

More than 3 years quality assurance experience in pharmaceutical industry.
3年以上制药行业质保工作经验

Excellent communication skills and teamwork sense.
