Compliance & Governance Portfolio Consultant
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Compliance & Governance Portfolio Consultant (Senior Lead Portfolio Consultant) to support frontline credit team within Equipment/Vendor Finance. **In this role, you will:** + Advise leadership to develop or influence credit and portfolio strategies for highly complex business and technical needs + Lead the strategy and resolution of high complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation, vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities + Monitor, assess, and report on asset quality, portfolio trends, and credit policy exception trends + Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale, cross functional, or companywide strategies + Apply line of business and subject matter expertise to serve as a consultant and resource regarding credit, credit portfolio, and risk strategies + Engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise + Serve as an expert advisor to leadership on issues associated with or affected by Credit Portfolio Consulting functional area **Required Qualifications:** + 7+ years of Credit Portfolio Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Previous experience with RCSA + Regulatory & Compliance Experience + Credit Policy Experience + Familiarity with interfacing between business process, technology and regulatory requirements + Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives + Ability to develop, deliver and organize training for business process updates + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills + Advanced Microsoft Office skills + Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills **Job Expectations:** + Up to 10% + This position offers a hybrid work schedule. + Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening. **Compensation:** + Danbury, CT - $138,500 - $287,600 Annually **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
