Compliance Helpdesk Associate Analyst
Position Summary

Work you’ll do

As an associate analyst on the Compliance Helpdesk, you will be doing the following type of work:

Respond to support requests using automated phone and chat tools.Concisely and efficiently document the support requests in a manner that supports the substance of the discussion and support provided.Develop an understanding of Deloitte Independence policies.Guide callers through policy and mandatory requirements/procedures.

The successful candidate will possess:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on time management, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to understand and communicate policy and procedures consistently, knowing when to seek guidanceAdaptable to change, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretionStrong interpersonal skills, including ability to comfortably and confidently communicate virtually Customer service attitude with dedication to quality and demonstrated attention to detailOccasional overtime may be required during peak periods

Qualifications
Required:

Bachelors’ degree Minimum 0-2 years of related experience, preferably customer support care within a banking environmentLimited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

Basic understanding of Independence requirements for professional auditing firmsKnowledge of basic financial instruments such as investments, loans and insurance productsExperience working in a large corporation or accounting firm

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $40,600-$83,500.
