Job Description Mallinckrodt is offering an 1 1 -week internship program, which provides an immersive experience in the world of pharmaceuticals. As an MNK Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful and impactful work that compliments the degree you are pursuing. Here, you will be able to apply what you’ve learned in the classroom to a corporate environment. In addition, our internship program is designed to include networking opportunities across the company, professional development workshops, and community service. This position is a Hybrid Role; Tuesday & Wednesday will be On-Site, while the other days are remote. Program starts on May 20th and ends on August 1st Summary + Th e Integrity & Compliance Intern will have the opportunity to work with Mallinckrodt’s Integrity & Compliance team and spend the duration of the program learning about the role of the function through various hands-on projects with the Compliance Operations team. Essential Functions + Analyze and categorize AI chat inquiries from Izzy involves collecting chat logs, categorizing inquiries by topic, performing sentiment analysis, evaluating response accuracy, and implementing a feedback loop to improve performance. + Review content contained in MNKU to identify areas for improvement, ensuring Compliance-related materials are organized and up-to-date, and collaborating with various departments to implement necessary updates. + Complete review of flagged records received from Monitoring vendor for 2Q records and communicate records that require additional review to the Associate Director of Risk and Monitoring + Assist Director of CIA Operations with annual policy review. + Other projects and support of the Integrity & Compliance team as needed. Minimum Requirements Education / Experience / Skills: + In process for Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Business, Political Science or Pre-Law. Preferred academic major or field of study: Business, Law, English or Project Management + Interest in pursuing a career in Compliance in the pharmaceutical industry (in-house Compliance counsel or position within the Compliance Department) + Experience with Microsoft office applications + Ability to communicate in verbal and written correspondence + Ability to effectively operate independently on project tasks + Highly motivated and positive attitude + Analytical and problem-solving skills Organizational Relationship/Scope : + Works and interacts with other corporate professional Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification .
