  The Compliance Lead is responsible for assisting the Corporate Compliance Officer and our business processes and transactions to follow all relevant legal, regulatory and internal guidelines. Your duties will include reviewing employee work, developing company policies, aiding with compliance certifications, supporting compliance audits and responding to policy violations. The Compliance Lead will be professional, highly analytical, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. To prosper in this role, you should be fluent in risk management and our industry’s principles.   Essential Functions: Responsible for Developing/Managing Information security pertaining to Governance, Risk Management, Program Development, Program Management, Incident Management and BCP/DR.  Assist and support the business in complying with the regulatory requirements (laws, regulations, and supervisory requirements (rules, codes, and self-regulatory organization standards) applicable to it by supporting the implementation, management, and maintenance of the compliance methodology and execute compliance responsibilities on a global level. Assist with ensuring that the organization meets all appropriate compliance (legislative and objective) and that appropriate risk mitigation/control measures are in place. Maintain accurate records. Assist with risk assessment, audit review, monitoring & managing compliance within the organization. Develop and review company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, data privacy requirements and risk. Provide updates on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports. Assist in the implementation of effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations. Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks. Respond to external Third-Party Oversight and Information Security Assessments conducted by our customers. Ensure all employees are educated in the latest regulations and processes. Assist, measure, monitor and improve the SSDLC process. Respond to requests from vendors, partners, and customers for compliance data Work with the team to facilitate all audit requests. Keep abreast of global developments in regulatory compliance. Assist in achieving complete compliance management systems in accordance with organization plans and adherence to legislation and agreed regulatory bodies’ processes and procedures.   Qualifications/Additional Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in technology, law, finance, business management, or a related field or equivalent experience • 5+ years’ proven experience in a compliance role required • Knowledge of legal requirements and procedures • Experience with SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO, auditor, and government compliance required • Understanding of compliance for telephony services on a Global scale preferred • Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance for Global Data Privacy preferred • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail • High competence in project and stakeholder management • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Project, and Power Point) with the ability to learn new applications as required   This position is 100% in office.
