Job Description

Your role:

Supports compliance training assignments within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that all mandatory training is accurately assigned and tracked to meet regulatory requirements.Creates and maintains standardized roles and curricula for compliance training programs, ensuring consistency and alignment with learning policies and objectives.Works under general supervision and established processes, utilizing independent judgment to navigate and adhere to learning policies, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.Provides comprehensive support for learner and manager requests, addressing issues related to training assignments, access issues, progress tracking, and record updates promptly and accurately.Develops professional expertise and applies comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to effectively address challenges and opportunities.Participates in the efficient operation and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), performing regular system checks, updates, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal functionality.Administers the assigned Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance training sessions, ensuring all relevant employees complete their training within the stipulated timeframes.Collaborates with local Business Process Owners and Content Owners to accurately configure and assign training requirements, ensuring alignment with learning needs and regulatory standards.Generates detailed reports on training compliance and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to track training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Maintains up-to-date knowledge of LMS features and compliance training best practices, applying this knowledge to optimize training assignments and system configurations effectively.

You're the right fit if:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, Quality Management or equivalent.

Experience:

No prior experience required with Bachelor's OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Compliance-Related Tool Administration, Training Administration in a highly regulated industry or equivalent.
