Responsible for supporting the Vice President, Compliance & Ethics identify & implement operational & programmatic efficiencies across European Markets. Support the Compliance Heads of BMS France & Germany manage key programmatic compliance operations in France & Germany, with a particular focus on education, strategic communications, culture of Integrity programs and digital monitoring activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify & manage European Markets C&E team operational efficiencies.
• Support data and information gathering to support in-market and across market advisory activities.
• Manage development, enhancement and promotion of BMS’ Integrity Culture programs and other compliance culture programs in European Markets.
• Manage/conduct transactional monitoring and analytics activities in consultation with the market compliance heads to ensure appropriate identification and remediation of compliance risk exposures.
• Manage development or revision of market specific compliance education curriculums, courses, materials or just-in-time communications for European Markets.
• Manage development of market Compliance Committee agendas, materials and general administration of the compliance committees in consultation with the market compliance heads.
• Support European Market risk assessment activities and periodic internal audit activities, including support of BMS France’s annual Sapin II Compliance program activities.
REQUIREMENTS
• 5 years minimum experience in a pharmaceutical compliance role.
• Effective communicator and trainer with a demonstrated ability to support multiple elements of a comprehensive compliance program.
• Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to identify and recommend process improvements and best practices.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under deadline pressure with flexibility to work on a broad range of matters.
• Experience with France and/or German pharmaceutical industry laws, regulations and codes strongly preferred.
