Description

As the Medicare Advantage Compliance Audit Manager, you will lead and oversee risk-based audits and compliance initiatives for our Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Prescription Drug (Part D) programs (“MAPD”). This role will focus on ensuring our MAPD programs comply with CMS and DMHC regulations while driving best practices for audit management and operational excellence. You will: 

Plan, develop, and manage compliance risk-based audits, mock audits, and external audit coordination related to MAPD programs. Lead and mentor a team of at least 4 auditors, ensuring alignment with department and regulatory objectives. Develop and maintain policies and procedures, providing training and ensuring effective risk management, reporting, and incident management. Partner with business units and stakeholders to ensure audits and compliance efforts meet or exceed regulatory standards. Build and sustain high-performing teams, leveraging resource management strategies that align with company goals and regulatory requirements. Salary Range: $112,900-$256,900/annually
