Main Tasks

1. Convey compliance mindset and policies to responsible business groups and business partners (dealers, key vendors, etc.) by providing routine and specific compliance trainings and communications.

2. Managing compliance risks with daily consultation, review and approval on business groups’ promotional activities or projects and other business initiatives with potential compliance risks.

3. Support in enhanced third-party management by carrying out compliance monitor programs, focusing on high risky third-party partners, to identify potential risks and make follow-up actions for improvement.

4. Conduct or support Head of Compliance in conducting investigations on whistleblowing cases or cases from other channels, e. g. findings identified through internal audits or company daily operations.

5. Participate in third-party visits as a part of enhanced third-party management programs.

6. Optimize compliance-related process on basis of findings through M&I (Monitor and Investigation).

7. Other assignments from supervisor, when needed, e. g. dealer screening, etc.

Requirements

Education / 教育背景

Bachelor degree or above.

Experience /经验

At least 5 year experience in legal, compliance or compliance-focus audit in MNC and accounting/lawyer firms..Proven experience in compliance training, investigation and compliance project review with valuable advices.Legal background or experiences in forensic investigation is preferred.
