Pearl Haven (Ho`ōla Nā Pua) is a premier, specialized residential treatment center on the North Shore of Oahu and is currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Compliance Manager to add to our team.  

Must have substantial clerical and writing experience with an interest in monitoring compliance within behavioral health residential programs. Also have the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with local stakeholders and health plans.

What you’ll do:

Analyzing licensing requirements and state regulations, and ensuring facility compliance therewith. Identifying areas of non-compliance, designing corrective action plans and training involved staff. Monitoring facility cleanliness, organization and safety. Responding to documentation requests by placing agencies and state licensing boards. Ensuring adequate preparation for CARF accreditation surveys. Analyzing ROP policies and procedures and serving as the facility's site trainer for ROP-approved curricula. Auditing patient files and ensuring fidelity with billing requirements.

To be considered, you should:

Have a High School diploma or equivalent. Have at least 4 years of experience in auditing and training or a Bachelor’s degree in related field and one year of experience in auditing and training. Be able to learn the ROP systems and programs and know such sufficiently in order to train staff. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
