Compliance Manager

As a Contract Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the company adheres to all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements associated with large-scale telecommunications projects. This position will require a deep understanding of contract law, construction industry regulations, and effective communication skills. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. Responsibilities Contract Review and Analysis: Thoroughly review and analyze all contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders to identify potential risks and compliance issues. Conduct briefing sessions with management teams and employees to answer questions, interpret, and explain various compliance policies regarding relevant contractual, company, and third-party agreements. Ensure that all contractual terms and conditions are clearly understood and implemented. Compliance Monitoring: Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance monitoring program to track adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance. Compile compliance data across various departments, regions, and projects and maintain complete and accurate documentation regarding compliance status investigations. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies. Work closely with project teams to ensure that compliance measures are integrated into project planning and execution. Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve contract disputes and claims in a timely and effective manner. Represent the company in negotiations and mediation proceedings. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and ensure that the company is in compliance with all applicable laws and standards as pertain to company contracts. Coordinate with legal counsel to address any regulatory concerns. Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees about contract compliance requirements and best practices. Foster a culture of compliance within the organization. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in pre-law, business administration, or a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications contract management, compliance, or a related field within the construction industry. Strong understanding of contract law, construction industry regulations, and project management principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Certification in contract management or project management. Hard work pays off.
