Job Description
Implementing internal compliance program, including business partnering, policy & procedure optimization, compliance training & communication, and global critical compliance programs implementation, providing compliance expertise on business operation to ensure that all operations of the organization are conducted within acceptable parameters.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with Commercial leadership team to drive highest integrity standards.
Partner with Commercial management team, including Sales, Public hospital team to provide compliance advice and governance support, which including (1) providing daily compliance consultation; (2) delivering regular face to face compliance training to the sales team and sales managers; (3) conducting compliance review and approval.
To build an impactful compliance training & communication system which improves the tone at middle and creates a learning and sharing culture.
Champion ethical tone from Global and local culture campaigns throughout the organizationCreative thinking on compliance projects with vendors and cross functionsPublish compliance contents to employees through digital communication toolPolicy & procedure optimization
Implementing and administering Allergan compliance policies and procedures.Evaluate the need for, develop and ensure the continuous policy and process improvement & simplificationAd hoc tasks assigned by manager
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, majored in law, business, finance or accounting5 years’ working experience. Healthcare industry experience will be preferred.Strong business acumen and integrity and ethical judgment, impeccable ethics recordKnowledge of and experience with FCPA and/or comparable anti-corruption rules and regulations.Strong stakeholder management skills.Self-motivated, good communication and presentation skill, English communication skill and detail oriented.Demonstrated strong process and project management skills.Familiarity with multinational corporate compliance cultureProven analytical, evaluation and problem-solving skills.
