Compliance Manager
Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Compliance Manager in LAS CRUCES, New Mexico. The primary function of this role involves overseeing and ensuring the company's strict adherence to laws, particularly in relation to loans and grants. The industry we operate in demands meticulous record-keeping, efficient problem-solving, and vigilant monitoring of company data. Responsibilities: • Oversee the management of properties for clients, ensuring all actions comply with relevant laws and regulations. • Safeguard company data, implementing measures to prevent unauthorized access or breaches. • Compile and present comprehensive reports on rule-compliance, identifying any areas of concern. • Handle rule-related issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. • Assist in defining property goals, contributing to strategic discussions and decision-making. • Ensure financially prudent decisions are made across all operations. • Provide training for the team on compliance matters, fostering a culture of awareness and adherence. • Utilize accounting software systems and CRM tools to monitor and manage compliance metrics. • Conduct compliance audits, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions. • Manage compliance functions within the budget process, ensuring financial efficiency. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services • Experience with Confluence is an asset • Knowledge of CRM systems • Proficiency in using Crystal Reports • Proficient in Accounting Functions • Proven experience in Auditing • Familiarity with Benefit Functions • In-depth understanding of Budget Processes • Ability to handle Cash Activity • Proven proficiency in Compliance • Experience in Compliance Audit • Knowledge of Contract Compliance is required • Familiarity with Compliance Functions • Experience in managing Compliance Risk • Proficiency in Compliance Reporting • Knowledge in interpreting Compliance Metrics • Proven experience in Compliance Management • Familiarity with Compliance Software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
