Position overview:

You will be responsible for quality and food safety, environment health, safety performance and compliance.  New colleague will be working with our systems and processes for managing risk to the consumer safety and product quality, to the environment, to our employees but also to third-party health and safety at company premises, while ensuring local legal requirements and company standards. 


You drive the transformation of Quality and EHS mindsets, influencing Supply Chain and Leadership teams to uphold and model QFS and EHS standards. One of the main responsibilities is to keep the rest of leadership teams clearly accountable to respect all standards. Be ready to promote, develop and establish a positive QFS and EHS culture in the country, in all areas of the business, by engaging individuals and teams and implementing impactful Culture change programs, developing trust and delivering impact across the business to ensure that requirements are embedded into regular ways of working.

Key responsibilities:

working with CEE functional EHS and QFS  teams to ensure sites implement relevant benchmark, review, and audit programs, cooperation with Supply Chain director ensure all QFS and EHS local legal and enterprise requirements are implemented on time, lead local incident reviews and audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly while sharing learnings with the CEE (Central and Easternd Europe) Compliance team  identify relevant opportunities for improvements, follow-up process on regular basis and check the metrics to ensure proactiveness and anticipation in QFS & EHS areas build and develop the short- and long-term capital plan in area of QFS & EHS for country while considering budget engage and influence key stakeholders in partner functions – local Procurement, Innovation, Commercial to ensure QFS&EHS requirements are clear, understood and embedded in partner strategy and ways of working make sure our standards and local procedures for QFS&EHS are respected/followed across local supplier network, contractors and third parties’ brewers and packers, distribution and warehouses location

communicate with regional compliance teams, reporting of KPIs, incidents, be responsible for QFS&EHS audits program execution and improvement plans ownership, providing to stakeholders all relevant reports for the QFS & EHS past performance and robust risk assessment reviews

lead and develop team by equipping them with the technical and professional capability to deliver high-quality output on 

take responsibility for setting and managing supply teams training plans and programs

 

Requirements:

being senior expert in compliance field, with experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing but also developing people relevant degree in quality or EHS related discipline (bachelor) 5+ years of experience in senior quality, food safety or EHS based roles experience in brewing or beverage operations with focus on technical competencies, legal compliance, acting as SME (Subject Matter Expert)  proven leadership skills both in a site leadership role in manufacturing and of a multi-functional teams strong communication skills to manage and develop relationship with stakeholders, internal and external, incl regulators, external auditors, partners and contractors demonstrated experience in setting strategic direction and improvement plans, planning and executing a cultural shift inclusive of leadership and employee behaviors to continuously improve QFS&EHS ownership team player, curious personality, open minded
