**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Develop, implement, and oversee the compliance program and policies.
+ Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulations.
+ Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
+ Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints.
+ Collaborate with various departments to ensure company-wide compliance.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience in risk management and audit
+ Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
+ High level of integrity and ethical standards.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
